All these classes are for from 2 to 4 persons at most.
All the lessons are held from 5 to 9 pm,
In any case, you always end up eating and enjoying the food you’ve prepared, together with some excellent wine to accompany the meal, which is included.

Three handmade pastas and a sauce for each, or
Two handmade pasta and a serving of meat with side dishes and dessert, or
Seasonal menu (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) with three typical Italian dishes of that season.
Regional menù and a lot of Pasta
Regional menus: Italy stands out for the variety of dishes offered by each of its regions (Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Tuscany, Dolomites, Sardinia, Sicily, Campania, Puglia, etc., just to mention a few).
You decide the region, and I’ll draw up a two-course menu for you. (You can create your combinations by choosing two courses from among these four: Appetizer, First course, Second course, and dessert.)
Theme-based menu: Choosing from among the major Italian products (e.g. balsamic vinegar, prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, red chicory, numerous other cheeses, various cold cuts, etc.).
You decide the product, and I’ll draw up a two-course menu for you. (You can create your combinations by choosing two courses from among these four: Appetizer, First course, Second course, and dessert.)
